Bananas are rich in ingredients, with important nutrients per banana being considered to be one gram of protein and three grams of dietary fiber.

Just eating one banana a day provides us with many nutrients, including 12% of the recommended amount of vitamin C, 7% of vitamin B2, 10% of potassium, and 8% of magnesium.

Ripe bananas contain about 29 grams of carbohydrates, while the carbohydrates contained in unripe bananas are mostly indigestible starches called resistant starches.

Once it reaches the colon as dietary fiber, the nutrient helps to move waste products out.
