Manufactured from 1974 to 1982, this unique looking car is a battery powered 1970 era electric car. The manufacturer was Florida-based Sebring-Vanguard, Inc. The CitiCar was inspired by a golf cart and just like a golf cart, there is no space for a backseat. The small wedge-shaped 2 seater stirs the imagination, and was the springboard of electric vehicles.
